ABOUT QUEST Quality Emergency and Safety Training

• The Founders of QUEST Quality Emergency & - Safety Training are healthcare professionals, Val Bilotti is a Registered Nurse and Zel Helstrom is an EMT having more than 28 cumulative years of health and safety education experience. We are volunteer members of the San Ramon Fire Department and The Alameda County Sheriffs Search & Rescue Unit.
• QUEST is a 100% women owned business. We are Members of the Better Business Bureau, American Heart Association, Castro Valley Chamber of Commerce, NASAR, and Cal State East Bay Alumni Association.
• Instructors are certified by the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, and The American Health and Safety Institute. They are Registered Nurses, Fire Fighters, and Emergency Medical Technicians.
• We are an Independent ASHI-authorized Training Center.
